TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: August 19, 2026. These terms are a binding agreement between you and Webcade LLC. By connecting a wallet or using Webcade, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. WHO WE ARE
Webcade (the “Service”) is operated by Webcade LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of Florida, United States (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at robbayard1@gmail.com.
2. WHO MAY USE IT
You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater.
- You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you are not listed on any sanctions list, including the U.S. Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals list.
- Your use of the Service is lawful where you are. Paid games with prizes are restricted or prohibited in some places. Determining whether that includes yours is your responsibility, and you must not use the Service where it is not permitted.
- You are using your own wallet and acting on your own behalf.
We may refuse, suspend or end access to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including a good-faith belief that these conditions are not met.
3. WHAT THE SERVICE IS
Webcade is an entertainment product. You buy coins with SOL, spend a coin to play an arcade cabinet, and may receive a ticket redeemable for $TOKEN. Outcomes are determined in part by a random draw. Most plays return nothing. Nothing about the Service is an investment, and no outcome is promised.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service — including cabinets, prize tables, odds, coin prices and duels — at any time and without notice. Odds and prize amounts change with the size of the prize pool and the market price of $TOKEN.
4. COINS
- A coin is a limited licence to play. It is not a currency, deposit, credit balance, security, or a claim on us or on any asset.
- Coin purchases are final. There are no refunds, including for unused coins, for plays you did not finish, and for outcomes you did not like.
- Coins have no value outside the Service, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money by us.
- Coins may expire or be voided if your access is suspended or the Service ends.
5. TICKETS AND PRIZES
- A winning play mints a ticket, redeemable for a stated number of $TOKEN from the prize pool wallet.
- Redemption depends on the prize pool holding sufficient tokens and on the Solana network being available. We do not guarantee that any ticket can be redeemed at any particular time, and a redemption may fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control.
- A ticket is denominated in tokens, not in dollars. Its value in any other currency can fall to zero, and we make no representation about what a token is or will be worth.
- Prizes are capped, including as a share of the prize pool and of total token supply. The current caps are described on the site and may change.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from prizes.
6. $TOKEN IS NOT AN INVESTMENT
$TOKEN exists for use within the Service. It is not an investment contract, security, share, or a promise of profit, and we do not offer it as one. Buying, holding or winning it gives you no ownership of us, no revenue share, no dividend, no governance right, and no entitlement of any kind against us.
We describe how the Service handles funds — including buybacks and token burns — as a factual account of how the software behaves, not as a forecast, an inducement, or a representation that the price of $TOKEN will rise. Token prices are volatile and may go to zero. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
7. WALLETS, KEYS AND BLOCKCHAINS
- You control your wallet. We never hold your private keys and cannot recover them, or reverse a transaction, for any reason.
- Every on-chain transaction is final. Sending funds to the wrong address, approving the wrong transaction, or losing access to your wallet is not recoverable by us.
- The Service depends on the Solana network, third-party wallets, RPC providers and liquidity venues. We do not control any of them, and outages, congestion, forks or failures may make the Service unavailable or a transaction impossible.
- Prices quoted in dollars are converted from live third-party price feeds and may be stale or wrong. The SOL amount you sign for is the amount you pay.
8. FAIR PLAY
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, automation, or any program that plays on your behalf;
- modify, intercept or forge game data, scores, inputs or replays;
- exploit a bug rather than reporting it, or use the Service in a way it was not designed for;
- operate more than one wallet to gain an advantage, or arrange the outcome of a duel with another player;
- interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other players.
Runs are verified by re-deriving them on our servers. We may void any play, ticket or prize we determine in good faith was obtained in breach of this section, and may suspend the wallets involved.
9. NO WARRANTY
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or free of errors or defects.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost tokens, lost opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, and in those places these limits apply only so far as permitted.
11. SUSPENSION AND CHANGES
We may suspend or end your access, and may change or withdraw the Service in whole or in part, at any time. We may amend these terms by posting an updated version here with a new date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using the Service.
12. DISPUTES — ARBITRATION AND CLASS WAIVER
Please read this section carefully; it affects your legal rights.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, not in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its commercial rules, seated in Florida, United States, in English, before one arbitrator.
You and we each waive any right to a jury trial, and to bring or take part in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. If this waiver is held unenforceable, the whole of this section does not apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. GENERAL
These terms are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If any part is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship.
