TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: September 17, 2026. These terms are a binding agreement between you and the operator of Webcade. By accepting them at the door to the arcade floor, by connecting a wallet, or by using Webcade, you accept them in their entirety — every cabinet, board, duel, crew and wallet connection on the site, and anything added to it later. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. WHO WE ARE

Webcade (the “Service”) is operated by the Webcade team (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@webcade.fun.

2. WHO MAY USE IT

You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater.
  • You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you are not listed on any sanctions list, including the U.S. Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals list.
  • Your use of the Service is lawful where you are. Determining whether that is so is your responsibility, and you must not use the Service where it is not permitted.
  • If you connect a wallet, it is your own and you are acting on your own behalf.

We may refuse, suspend or end access to anyone, at any time, for any reason, including a good-faith belief that these conditions are not met.

3. WHAT THE SERVICE IS

Webcade is a free entertainment arcade. You do not pay to play, and you do not need a wallet to start. Leaderboards, duels, badges, crews and seasons award standing inside the Service only. They award no money, no token and no prize.

We do not sell plays, coins or items. We do not promise any outcome, profit or payout.

Any token that trades under a similar name is not required to use the Service, is not part of gameplay, and is not offered by us as an investment. Its price can go to zero.

Individual cabinets may involve chance within the game itself — where a piece falls, what a fish weighs. That is part of playing them, and nothing turns on it.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service — including cabinets, boards, daily allowances and duels — at any time and without notice.

4. PLAYS

  • A play is a free daily allowance to use a cabinet. It is not a currency, deposit, credit balance, security, or a claim on us or on any asset.
  • Plays have no value outside the Service, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be sold or cashed out.
  • An unused allowance does not carry over, and plays may be voided if your access is suspended or the Service ends.

5. NO PRIZES, AND THE LAST TICKETS

The Service does not award prizes. Placing on a board, winning a duel, or finishing a cabinet entitles you to standing in the Service only. It does not entitle you to money, to any token, or to anything that can be exchanged for either. No new tickets are being issued.

Tickets issued before 17 September 2026 can still be claimed until 20 September 2026, 00:00 UTC. A ticket is a record this server made of a place on a board that paid at the time. It is redeemed in the Prize Room by the wallet that holds it, for the amount already shown to that holder.

  • Redemption depends on the Solana network being available and on the paying wallet being able to complete the transfer. We do not guarantee that any ticket can be redeemed at any particular time, and a redemption may fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control.
  • A ticket is denominated in tokens, not in dollars. Its value in any other currency can fall to zero, and we make no representation about what a token is or will be worth.
  • You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from a ticket.
  • After the date above the Prize Room closes and no further claims are taken.

6. WALLETS, KEYS AND BLOCKCHAINS

  • You control your wallet. We never hold your private keys and cannot recover them, or reverse a transaction, for any reason.
  • Every on-chain transaction is final. Sending funds to the wrong address, approving the wrong transaction, or losing access to your wallet is not recoverable by us.
  • The Service depends on the Solana network, third-party wallets and RPC providers. We do not control any of them, and outages, congestion, forks or failures may make the Service unavailable or a transaction impossible.

7. FAIR PLAY

You must not:

  • use bots, scripts, automation, or any program that plays on your behalf;
  • modify, intercept or forge game data, scores, inputs or replays;
  • exploit a bug rather than reporting it, or use the Service in a way it was not designed for;
  • operate more than one wallet to gain an advantage, or arrange the outcome of a duel with another player;
  • interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other players.

Runs are verified by re-deriving them on our servers. We decide what counts as a breach of this section, at our sole discretion, and may void any run or standing obtained through one, and suspend the wallets involved. That decision is ours to make and we are not obliged to explain how we reached it.

8. NO WARRANTY

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or free of errors or defects.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost assets, lost opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, and in those places these limits apply only so far as permitted.

10. SUSPENSION AND CHANGES

We may suspend or end your access, and may change or withdraw the Service in whole or in part, at any time. We may amend these terms by posting an updated version here with a new date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using the Service.

11. DISPUTES — ARBITRATION AND CLASS WAIVER

Please read this section carefully; it affects your legal rights.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration, not in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its commercial rules, in English, before one arbitrator.

You and we each waive any right to a jury trial, and to bring or take part in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. If this waiver is held unenforceable, the whole of this section does not apply.

12. GENERAL

These terms are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If any part is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship.
